SHS buyers can purchase SHS in cash at low cost. IDF also provides a soft loan so that people can easily buy it. Two types of loan facilities client can enjoy: short term and long term under six types of loan repayment options. Period of loan repayment varies from 1-3 year with 12% service charge depending on the loan amount. A SHS buyer pays 10-20% of the system cost as down payment.
